Payment date
The date on which a declared dividend is actually paid to holders who were on the register at the record date. For daily-paying preferreds there is one payment date per business day.
Revised 22 October 2026 · Suggest a correction
The payment date is when the dividend arrives. The amount goes to holders of record at the record date. The issuer pays through its paying agent and the central depositary, and brokers credit client accounts after that. If a scheduled payment date is not a business day, the terms normally move it to the next business day.

Conditional payment dates
Strategy has declared two mutually exclusive sets of November 2026 STRC dividends. One is a semi-monthly $0.50 payable 15 November 2026. The other is daily amounts totalling $1.00 for November record dates, paid on the next business day after each record date. Which set is paid depends on the 28 October 2026 holder vote (8-K, 15 October 2026).
Strive's October 2026 amendment redefined "Business Day" for SATA so that payments could be made on weekends if the Federal Reserve, Nasdaq and DTC systems allow it.
